This document describes the commitment of the DVOStudio.com website as data controller with regard to respecting the privacy and protection of its users' personal data.

How long do we keep this data?
DVOStudio.com retains the Data for a period of five (5) years from the end of the relationship with the customer or user. The period begins from either the last order, or the last connection to the customer account, or the last call to customer service, or the sending of an email to customer service, or a click on a hyperlink in an email sent by DVOStudio.com, or the placing of products in the shopping cart without completing the purchase, or finally a positive response to an email asking if the customer wishes to continue receiving commercial prospecting at the end of the five (5) year period. At the end of this period, the customer or user data will be anonymized.
However, information used to establish proof of a right or contract, or kept under a legal obligation may be archived in accordance with the legal provisions in force. Regarding your customer account, all of your Billing Data is kept for ten (10) years from the date of purchase, even if you have requested to deactivate your customer account.
How do we secure this data?
Your Data is stored on a third-party server hosting DVOStudio.com, secured and protected by a firewall and antivirus. Technical and organizational measures are implemented there to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your Data against any accidental loss and against any unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure.
DVOStudio.com has no access to your identifiers and credit card numbers. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption, via our third-party payment system platforms (Stripe, PayPal), guaranteeing you both the identity of the payment organization and the confidentiality of the Data.
We strive to protect your Data, but we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the information transmitted to the Site. DVOStudio.com cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the confidentiality parameters or security measures in place on the Site. As such, you agree that the security of your information is also your responsibility. For example, it is your responsibility to keep the password that allows you to access your user account secret. What rights does the user of the site have over their data?

In accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, in particular European Regulation 2016/679 on Data Protection (the "GDPR") and the law of 6 January 1978 n°78-17 known as "Informatique et Libertés" and its amendments, you have a right of access and a right of rectification over your Data.
The Customer may exercise his rights by mail. In accordance with current regulations, your request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature and specify the address to which the response should be sent. A response will then be sent to you within 2 months of receipt of the request.
