Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Processing Times

Some orders may require manufacturing if items are not in stock. These orders are processed within a maximum of 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order placement. Please note that during high-volume periods, processing times may take longer than usual.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Pick-up Point Delivery: 7 to 15 business days.

Locker Delivery (when available): 7 to 15 business days.

Home Delivery (when available): 7 to 15 business days.

3. Costs

For variable shipping costs: Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering. They are determined based on your destination country, the shipping method chosen, and the volume and weight of the package.

Shipping costs are strictly identical to those charged by our partner carriers. DVOStudio.com makes no profit. Consequently, they cannot be discounted.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes.

We currently only ship to these European Union countries:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier's website.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a refund or replacement.

7. Customs and Import Taxes

(Not applicable as we only ship within the European Union)

Please note that customers may be required to pay customs or import taxes that may apply to international orders (outside of the European Union).
